Before placing an order, please check the factory photos of the doll or similar dolls first, and place an order after clarifying your needs. Please make sure that the delivery information you provide is correct. We will not refund orders returned due to undeliverable.
Due to the special nature of the product, some areas may not be able to receive or use it (especially real dolls with a height of less than 148 cm). Before you confirm your purchase, we recommend that you first understand the local legal terms to ensure that the product will not bring you legal risks during delivery and use. Order processing will begin within 24 hours of payment. Custom doll orders are ready for production and ready-to-ship doll orders are ready for shipment 24 hours after the order is placed. During this time, materials will be allocated and charges will be made, so the order cannot be cancelled. Please check carefully before submitting your order.
Unpacking inspection and take an unboxing video (This is very important)
All dolls are strictly tested before shipment. After receiving the doll, please carefully check the product for damage and missing accessories. We strongly recommend that you record an unpacking video, which will help us solve your problem as soon as possible when processing the return.
For some special situations you find before use, we provide the following solutions:
*Wrong doll: If the doll does not match your order, please provide an unpacking video containing the complete appearance of the doll, head, shipping label and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement.
*Damaged doll: If the doll is found to be damaged when you receive it, please report the damage to the carrier immediately and contact us. We will provide a repair kit, replacement or refund depending on the degree of damage.
*Package loss: Please file a claim with the carrier and notify us. To further ensure that the goods are delivered safely to customers, most packages require an adult signature.
Returns

*Please make sure the doll is new and unused before returning it to us at your own shipping cost.
